
This morning I cooked vegetable beef soup, try to enjoy the art of cooking that has been long out of school I've ever felt since high school. Hours 06 am leaving outlets with the aim of buying the materials needed to cook this soup. As a form of sharing of information materials for cooking vegetable beef soup is as follows:
* 1 / 4 pounds diced beef
* 1 / 4 pounds medium-sized carrots, sliced thick
* 1 / 4 kg potatoes, cut into large
* 3 cabbage leaves, sliced
* Leaves roughly chopped celery
* Rough cut green onions
* For a sprinkling of fried onions
* 1 1 / 2 liters of water
* 2 tablespoons cooking oil that has been refined seasoning
* 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
* 2 cloves finely chopped red onion
* 1 / 2 teaspoon crushed pepper
* Salt to taste
* 5 pieces of clove flower when love
* A piece of nutmeg
* 3 tomatoes each cut in four parts
Now after knowing the materials, it's time we cook. The steps are as follows:
1. Boil meat in water until tender.
2. Enter the carrots, potatoes, cabbage and seasonings that have been sauteed into stew meat.

4. After all the cooked leeks enter.
5. Serve in bowls and garnish with tomatoes.
